Request a return or exchange within 30 days of the date your package was delivered.
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method. If you prefer, choose a product exchange or store credit instead — your choice.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Your order number is your proof of purchase.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, you receive a full refund to your original payment method with no fees, and we cover return shipping. Reply to your order email with a photo and we make it right quickly.
If you simply changed your mind, you may return the item for a refund less a $15 restocking fee per item, and return shipping is at your cost. There is no fee if you choose a product exchange or store credit instead.
Fitted hats are sized precisely — if the size is wrong, tell us before it ships and we swap it at no charge. After delivery, size swaps are handled as an exchange under section 5 (no fee).
Items marked final sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Email cs@crucesclothing.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 1–2 business days with instructions. Refunds post within 5–10 business days of the item being received and inspected.
fitted caps don't adjust, so match your head measurement. between two sizes? go up. snapbacks are one adjustable size.

how to measure: wrap a soft tape around your head where a cap sits, about half an inch above your ears and eyebrows. snug, not tight. no tape? use a string, then measure the string.
orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days (monday to friday). orders placed after 5 pm central start the next business day.
most orders ship from our main warehouse: the carrier usually scans them within about a week, then delivery takes 3 to 7 business days.
some hats ship in a batch from our second warehouse: the label is made early, but the first carrier scan can take 2 to 3 weeks. "track my order" shows which one yours is.
international: usually 10 to 20 business days after the first scan. customs duties are on the customer. shipping cost is shown at checkout.
yes. every hat we ship is brand new and authentic, never worn and never a replica. we're an independent reseller, not an authorized new era dealer.
a presale hat isn't in our warehouse yet. you reserve it now and pay at checkout, and it ships as soon as our stock arrives. if the product page shows an expected ship date, that's our estimate. you get tracking by email when it ships.
