Refund policy

At Cruces Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it for a refund, an exchange, or store credit under the transparent terms below.

1. Return Window

You must request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your package was delivered.

2. How You'll Be Refunded

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method. If you prefer, you may instead choose a product exchange or store credit — your choice.

3. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached and inside its original packaging. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method with no fees, and we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us with a photo so we can make it right quickly.

5. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you would like to return an item simply because you changed your mind, you may return it for a refund to your original payment method, less a $15 restocking fee per item, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. There is no fee if you choose a product exchange or store credit instead.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged: final sale items, custom or personalized products, and gift cards.

7. Processing Time

Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your item for us to inspect it and issue your refund, store credit, or exchange. Refunds may take an additional few business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
