Shipping took to long ordered on June 19th recieved on July 27th

Finally got both hats
Hats are ok.
Is just that the second hat took too long to arrive

Shipping was slooooow, but love the hats and quality!

Hat took 3 months to recive after placing order. I never got an update on the package on what was taking so long. I tried to communicate with customer service for a month to get an answer on why it was taking so long and they were no help. I would never buy a hat from this website again. I even tried to get my refund and no help from them. Very disappointing.

Shipping was late and was sent the wrong hat size I will not be conducting any business with this company in the future

The hat looks great. The reason for the 3 stars is because shipping took entirley too long!! And I will aslo give them credit for answering all my emails.

Shipping takes forever

The hat I ordered took several weeks to arrive, the shipping tracking does not update as its supposed to, they sent a quality control photo of the item but when it arrived it was missing the button/cap that sits on top of the hat. Im sticking to regular hat sellers from now on.

This company doesn’t seem legitimate, to be completely honest with you. I ordered a White Sox hat, but they sent me an Anaheim Ducks hat in the same style instead.

When I tried to exchange it, they wouldn’t tell me when my actual order would be shipped. I spent most of my time waiting for them to respond to my text messages. The original order arrived on the 20th while I was away, and I initiated the exchange within a couple of days of returning home.

They received the returned package on the 29th and have been completely radio silent ever since. I’ve sent multiple messages and haven’t received a single response. It’s now the 2nd, and I still haven’t received my replacement—or even a reply.

At this point, I’m going to file a complaint through the Shop app and request a refund. This has been highly unprofessional, and honestly, no hat is worth all of this hassle.

Husband looked his hat I wish delivery was faster hat was perfect.

1 month and 2 weeks to recieve my order. Absolutley no reason why it should take that long. Would never order again becuase of this. Dont waste your time.

Hat its amazing love it only problem is it came a lil dented in but no problem i used balloon to re shape it and now its perfect 🤌🏻💯

5 star because the hat is fantastic and exactly what i ordered. The shipping did take a while but it did show up and it wasnt damaged at all.
